Booth Information

Booth Pricing

  • Determine how much space you need

  • Pricing is by one (1) booth unit.  Each booth unit is approximately 10ft by 10ft (100 Square Feet) and is an all-inclusive price. Minimum space allowed is 1 Booth unit (100 Square Feet)

  • For every unit purchased it will include four (4) lights and focusing.  Additional lights can be purchased.

Show Fee

  • Helps provide Buyers breakfast and lunch as part of the buyer amenities program

  • Two (2) consecutive show pricing available

 Booth includes:

  • Hard-wall Booth construction with eight (8) foot walls

  • Lighting: four (4) SPOTLIGHTS included PLUS one (1) 2 ft x 4 ft overhead fluorescent light for each Booth Unit purchased (or approx. 100 square feet purchased)

  • Equipment: tables, chairs, racks, risers, wastebasket (link to exhibitor manual section)

  • Booth Signage

  • Electrical outlets - one (1) per Booth unit

  • Company contact listing in Show Directory and Show website with link
