Registration Information
In order to avoid lines at on-site registration, all exhibitors should pre-register online and print out badge(s) before arriving to the show.
*Please note: Model registration will be available on site at the show
Click on the link below to register. Registration codes will be sent out 1 month before the show.
Type in your passcode. Your passcode is YOUR BOOTH NUMBER assigned by the National Bridal Market team. (If you have trouble using your booth # as the passcode email nationalbridalmarket@themart.com).
There, you will be able to register yourself and everyone working in your booth.
Print out your exhibitor badge(s) before arriving to the show. You have the option to print out your exhibitor badge(s) at the express registration station on the 1st Floor.

Booth Pricing
Determine how much space you need
Pricing is by one (1) booth unit. Each booth unit is approximately 10ft by 10ft (100 square feet) and is an all-inclusive price. Minimum space allowed is 1 Booth unit (100 square feet)
For every unit purchased it will include four (4) lights and focusing. Additional lights can be purchased.
Show Fee
Helps provide buyers breakfast and lunch as part of the buyer amenities program
Two (2) consecutive show pricing available
Booth includes:
Hard-wall booth construction with eight (8) foot walls
Lighting: four (4) SPOTLIGHTS included PLUS one (1) 2 ft x 4 ft overhead fluorescent light for each booth unit purchased (or approx. 100 square feet purchased)
Equipment: tables, chairs, racks, risers, wastebasket
Booth signage
Electrical outlets - one (1) per booth unit
Company contact listing in show directory and show website with link

We've negotiated reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Chicago affordable. Through the travel experts at onPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.

If you are a contractor badges can be picked up on the first floor registration. These temporary badges are valid only for set-up and dismantling, to contractors on a daily basis.
