SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUEST

To reserve space at National Bridal Market Chicago - companies must complete the below square footage request form below. Booth Space is located on the 7th Floor of the Merchandise Mart. Please indicate the required space you need.

PRICING: PER (1) BOOTH UNIT, APPROXIMATELY 10FT X 10FT (100 SQ FEET)

RETURNING EXHIBITORS: $ 1,875 PER (1) BOOTH UNIT

(*This pricing is for exhibitors that showed in August, 2026 only)

NEW EXHIBITORS: $ 2,600 PER (1) BOOTH UNIT

(New Exhibitors must fill out a profile page to apply)

MARKETING FEE STRUCTURE:

  • 1-2 Units: $550

  • 3-5 Units: $850

  • 6-10 Units: $1100

  • 11+ Units: $1600

All Booth Space includes:

  • Hard-wall Booth construction with eight (8) foot walls

  • Lighting: four (4) SPOTLIGHTS included plus one (1) 2 ft x 4 ft overhead fluorescent light for each Booth Unit purchased (or approx. 100 square feet purchased)

  • Equipment: tables, chairs, racks, risers, wastebasket

  • Booth Signage - all signage is uniform

  • Electrical outlets - one (1) per Booth unit

  • Company contact listing in Show Directory and Show website with link

  • Company contact listing in Show Directory and Show website with link

  • Exhibitor Breakfast and Lunch included for each market day! MODELS are NOT Included in this program.

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE “SAME AS LAST TIME”‍. Your form will be rejected.

THIS FORM IS NOT YOUR CONTRACT.

  1. Contracts will be sent once space is confirmed. 50% payment will be DUE within ten (10) business days of signed contract. Final payment (in full) is required thirty (30) days prior to the show.

  2. If you are NOT planning to show this season, please advise us as soon as possible on your Square Footage form (above).

  3. We will notify all buyers and exhibitors once we go live with new hotel information.
