BRIDAL FASHION SHOW COMMITMENT
SUNDAY, AUGUST 20, 2023 • COCKTAILS 6:00 PM, FASHION SHOW 6:30 PM
Sign up today to provide accessories for this year’s premier Fashion Show at THE MART. The show will be held in a beautiful loft venue on the 2nd Floor.
Please note: This is an opportunity to submit accessory pieces that will be picked to coordinate with the dresses participating in the National Bridal Market Chicago Fashion Show. We may not be able to use any or all of items that you submit.
Accessory items will be picked up Friday and Saturday of setup. Please be sure items are tagged, packaged and ready to be picked up when the Fashion Office stops by. Please note, the Fashion Office is not responsible for any packaging not returned at the end of the show.
Items will be returned to your booth by 9:00 am Monday am.
If you are submitting earrings or necklaces, please provide larger, statement pieces that can be viewed from the runway. All items must be tagged in such a way to hide the tag. We will not be using small earrings or delicate necklaces as they will be difficult to see on the runway.
Please clearly mark all pieces submitted with company name and booth number so that they are easily identifiable.
All veils must be tagged, on a hanger, and covered in plastic.
All headpieces, tiaras, etc must be clearly marked and able to hide the tag.
Everything must be easy to take on and off.
The National Bridal Market Chicago is not responsible for any damage or loss of items submitted to be potentially used for the fashion show.
This is a complimentary opportunity and all items will be used at the Fashion Office’s discretion. Company name and booth number will be included in the program.
