Sign up to be part of this year’s premier Fashion Show at THE MART. The show will be held in THE MART. Availability is limited and on a first come, first served basis.

FITTING/ LINEUP: Merchandise MUST be shipped in advance to the address below by Monday, August 11th. Fitting/ line-up will be held Saturday afternoon and merchandise returned to you by Sunday morning by 9:00 AM. 

• Ship merchandise to (by 8/11/25): Attn: Monique Kielar/ National Bridal Market Chicago/ 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 470, Chicago, IL 60654

SHOW: Merchandise will then again be picked up for the show on Sunday afternoon by 2:00 PM and returned by Monday by 9:00 AM.

• The show will be divided up by designer in the following categories: Bridal Gowns, Groom, Special Occasion, Veils, Headpieces, Accessories, Flower Girl and quinceañera. Please be sure your entries coordinate so that we are able to show them cohesively on the runway.

• To truly stand out among all the Bridal Gowns, please consider creating a stunning "editorial" gown that highlights your unique design talent.

• We will be collecting images of each look. Professional photos are not necessary.

FEES:  $475 PER GOWN / $200 PER VEIL, HEADPIECE OR ACCESSORY
*PAYMENT DUE UPON SUBMISSION
